Download Manager Statistics Dashboard offers powerful tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize your download activity across multiple dimensions. The dashboard is divided into three intuitive sections: Overview, Download History, and Insights, each designed to provide valuable data at a glance and in-depth analytics for smarter decision making.
Monitor download activity, user engagement, and package performance. Access from Downloads > Stats in your WordPress admin.

Overview

The Overview section delivers real-time and summarized metrics to keep you informed of your download performance at a glance. It includes:

  • Today’s Downloads – Track how many downloads occurred today.
  • This Month’s Downloads – Monitor monthly activity with daily averages.
  • This Year’s Downloads – Review yearly totals with monthly averages.
  • Unique Users and Unique IPs – Understand the scale of your audience by identifying individual users and IP addresses.
  • Total Downloads – See all-time download counts for complete historical context.
  • Current Month’s Download Trends Chart – Visualize downloads over the current month with highlighted peak download days and a convenient filter to adjust the timeframe.
  • Most Downloaded Files – Identify top-performing files driving user interest.
  • Browser Analytics – Gain insights into the browsers your audience uses.
  • Peak Download Hours – Discover when downloads spike during the day.
  • Geographic Download Data – Explore download distribution by region.
  • Top Countries by Downloads – Quickly assess the most active countries in your user base.

Download History

The Download History section allows for detailed exploration and management of past download data, featuring:

  • Advanced Filter Options – Refine your search with customizable filters including date range, user selection, categories, and packages.
  • Export Filtered Data – Download CSV files of filtered datasets for external analysis or reporting.
  • Export Full Download History – Obtain a complete CSV export of your entire download log.
  • Comprehensive Download Data Table – View all records with the flexibility to switch between card view and table view for ease of use.

Insights

The Insights section offers deeper analytical tools to uncover trends, user behavior, and package performance:

  • Active Users – Monitor unique downloaders within selected timeframes.
  • Download Packages – Track performance of individual packages.
  • Period Days (Analysis Timeframe) – Customize the period for insights generation.
  • Top Packages & Comparison Chart – Identify best-performing packages and compare them visually.
  • Top Users – Spotlight your most active downloaders.
  • Browser Analytics – Analyze browser usage patterns.
  • Download Patterns – Investigate peak download hours and daily activity trends to optimize availability.
  • Most Downloaded Files – Highlight file popularity.
  • User Analytics – Dive into user engagement and behavior insights.
  • Package Engagements – Understand how users interact with different packages.
