Statistics Dashboard

Monitor download activity, user engagement, and package performance. Access from Downloads > Stats in your WordPress admin.

The Statistics Dashboard provides insights into:

  • Download counts and trends
  • Popular packages
  • User activity
  • Geographic distribution
  • Time-based patterns
  • Dashboard Overview

    Quick Stats

    At-a-glance metrics at the top of the dashboard:

    Metric Description
    Total Downloads All-time download count
    Downloads Today Today’s downloads
    Downloads This Week Last 7 days
    Downloads This Month Last 30 days

    Comparison Indicators

    Each metric shows comparison to previous period:

  • Green arrow: Increase from last period
  • Red arrow: Decrease from last period
  • Percentage change displayed
  • Download Statistics

    Detailed view of all downloads:

    Column Description
    Package Package title
    User Username or “Guest”
    Date/Time When downloaded
    IP Address User’s IP
    Country Detected country
    File Specific file downloaded

    Filtering Options

    Filter Description
    Package Select specific package
    User Select specific user
    Date Range Start and end dates
    File Type Filter by extension

    Using Filters

  • Click “Filters” button
  • Select filter criteria
  • Click “Apply”
  • View filtered results
  • Click “Clear” to reset

    View stats for a specific package:

    For packages with multiple files:

    Most Popular File Highest downloads

    How to Export

  • Apply desired filters
  • Click “Export” button
  • Select format
  • Choose columns (optional)
  • Click “Download”
  • Batch Export

    For large datasets:

  • Export runs in batches
  • Progress bar shows status
  • File downloads when complete
  • Real-Time Statistics

    Live View

    Enable real-time download monitoring:

  • Click “Live View” tab
  • See downloads as they happen
  • Auto-refreshes every 10 seconds
  • Live Metrics

    Active Downloads Currently downloading
    Recent 5 Minutes Last 5 min count
    Active Users Currently active

    Navigate to configure stats:

    Optimization Tips

    Regular Cleanup Remove old data
    Index Optimization Keep indexes current
    Cache Stats Use caching for charts
    Limit Range Don’t load too much data

    Cleanup Old Data

  • Go to Statistics Settings
  • Set retention period
  • Enable auto-cleanup
  • Or manually clean: “Delete Old Stats”
