You can do this with the download manager pro plugin. For that, you need to attach the directory folder from the Attach Dir option as I image attached,
And for the folder view, you need to use the [dir_view] template tag in the package template. please check and let me know, if it helps you.

Those are templates residing in the plugin or theme directory, they can’t be edited through the Downloads > Templates panel. But you can clone them and then edit them. And from the Downloads > Templates panel created templates will not be found through the plugin or theme directory. But both sides residing templates you can use in your package’s appearance.
