I am sorry that Frontend author does not have the ability to create tag option yet. Author have to select the admin created tags and categories in the frontend.

There is “Show form once in a session” for form lock option. You can find it from Downloads > settings > Basic

However, For email lock, when the user enters name and email once it stores in the browser’s temp storage, and for the next time, the name and email will be auto-filled from temp storage.

I think you are using litespeed cache plugin in your website. Please clear cache and disable that cache plugin. It should resolve the issue. If you really need to use cache plugin, you can test these cache plugins

if you add packages without attached files to categories, then it will be ignored. There should not be other reasons for it.

In a private reply, it would be better if you provided a relevant URL and administrator access, if possible, to check further.

You can use the parameters mentioned here with the shortcode.
Example: to use category you have to use the parameter categories with category id/slug like this example [wpdm_packages categories="id/slug" orderby="field name" order="asc or desc" items_per_page="10" template="template ID" cols=4 colspad=2 colsphone=1]

I am sorry that The second part of your question is not clear to me, can you please elaborate it? However you can export single package shortcode from the asset manager too. Details here

Please follow this video and hide unnecessary columns from there.

In this case I would suggest to hide comments and tags as I see you didn’t use those. It should solve the responsive issue for smaller display.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Unfortunately currently there is no field for “Form Lock” in the csv

Form lock option is managed by an external add-on and also depends on plugin which is used to create the form. That’s the reason the input is not generated by wpdm plugin.
