It seems though wpdm download link is there but javascript is not working propelry when cache is enabled. For that you need to unminify js from cache plugin. That means you shouldn’t cache the javascript files because minifying it some times causes issues and makes javascript unworkable.
If it still doesn’t work I would suggest to contact their support regarding this issue. They will say the properly settings for the cache plugin.

This issue is not related to wpdm. This issue is that you are using cache version of your site by using a cache plugin that is causing issue. Generally cached version means older saved version of the site. You can test it that it will sometimes not show changes live because caching version of website takes time to apply the changes based on the cache time. It is not from WPDM. You should optimize that caching settings to that it will not cause any issue. We are unable to fix the cache issues from our side.
For further assistance you should contact w3 cache plugin support.

Unfortunately, currently there is no feature to watermark all images at once.
However, I found that watermark is not working because of any plugin conflict. You can disable all plugins except wpdm plugins then enable one by one. Then you will be able to find the related plugin that is causing conflict. I have already added troubleshoot plugin there you will be able to identify the plugin by enabling troubleshoot mode then deactivate plugins.
