OCR conversion?

Curious to see if there is a way to perform OCR conversion on scanned PDF files upon upload to Download Manager. I don’t see anything in the forums or in the add-ons. Is there a third-party plugin that might be compatible?

I’m trying to get my client to simply change their workflow to export their documents directly to PDF rather than printing and scanning. Howeer, I don’t know that they’re actually going to do it. So I’m looking for a way to automate it if possible.
