Hi! Our organization just setup a multi-site setup in word press, we are trying to download PDFs to have it setup within our website but its currently not working.
The record in the word press download file is that there are “no file attached”. When we view the website and go to the download section and click the button to download the PDF from the website, we just see a white background with an error that states, “No file is attached with this package!”
One thing to note is that we when we FTP into the site, we do see the PDFs files in the folder.
