Make sure that you are using the latest version of WPDM which is 3.2.01.
Also, have you configured this section properly by following the below link?

Hello @scottw,
Sorry to hear that you are facing such an issue.
First of all, make sure that WPDM is updated to 3.2.01 and all other WPDM related add-ons are up-to-date as well.

Make sure that WPDM, WPDM-Elementor and Elementor plugins are in the latest version.

Hi @ufopsi,
Thank you for your query.
In our demo site, I just tested by hitting that green button and everything is working fine without any issue.
So, I think you can clear caches with that green button as well.
Let us know if you face any issues after clearing caches.

You can follow this as well.
After creating your own template you can use it in Elementor by following this.
However, about the small graphics issue at the bottom with the file metadata, it seems that you are using an Elementor divider/separator. So just remove it and it will be removed. Also, in order to add discrete elements to your Elementor template please use this module.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
In our test environment, WPDM is working fine with Elementor.
There can be a conflict with another plugin, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking, please let me know then.
If still, the problem exists then please share your site URL, temporary admin login info and related page/package/file URL in a private reply so that we can debug and give you a better solution about it.

The update will come within this month which will be Version 6.
In order to resize the blue and green module, you have to edit the profile.php file located under download-manager/tpls/user-dashboard/profile.php. Have a look at this.
However, please follow the below template override procedure properly.

Thank you for letting us know about it.
Well, we have found the “recommended downloads” category disappearing issue and which will be adjusted in the next plugin update.
However, in order to show the “Member” word in the “user-level” section, you have to use the below add-on and then create a custom role named “Member” and then assign the role to the corresponding user.

We found the above-mentioned issues.
However, we will fix your above-mentioned issues in the upcoming update which will be released ASAP.
In the meantime, you can add the below CSS in Dashbaord►Appearance►Customize►Additional CSS which will prevent the PDF from being black.

}

Please check now we have resolved your issue. Your settings are now saving properly without any console error.
It happened due to some server rules about Not allowing HTML contents in the input field.
