Nope, you don’t have WPDM Pro access as PDF Stamper and WPDM Pro bother are different plugins.
However, can you please upload the pdf files directly using WPDM or attach a file using the server file browser to check whether the issue is getting resolved or not?

The login is working fine.
However, as your website is live, therefore, I’d request you to check whether there are any plugins installed that might be causing this.
Here is what you can do to check:
1. Please try switching to another theme, like Twenty Twenty-one
, and check whether the issue persists or not. If not, then it is the theme that is causing the error.
2. Deactivate all plugins temporarily except WPDM and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
