This is the second year in a row where I have updated the card details using the option, and it has both years still charged the previous card. This is charging off a consultant’s card and we can’t continue to let this happen.
Please can someone get in touch and explain how to refund the card, and charge to the correct card. Can we also look into why it’s not updating the correct card.
