Regarding The problem seems to be with the synchronization of the actual download image files and the CSV once uploaded to Download Manager?!
Make sure that the image path is valid before importing.
No, we don’t modify any changes without a client’s permission.
Also, we don’t think it’s due to lightbox settings. But, If you think the lightbox setting is causing such issue then you may revert it to prior.
Apart from that, about the missing image, we are not aware of it as we haven’t modified anything.
Please double-check from your side whether any other plugin or any configuration is causing such an issue or not.

I have checked your website, and it seems you are using an older version of the WPDM Pro.
Please update your WPDM Pro to the latest version first, which is right now 6.1.5.

Apart from that, to achieve the Select Members functionality, you have to install and activate the below add-on.

1. Deactivate all other WPDM add-ons first.
2. Deactivate old version WPDM 4.5.4
3. Now install the latest version

I have tested the same CSV file in a fresh installation instance and it worked perfectly for me.
Can you please clear your site cache? Also, there can be a conflict with another plugin, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking, please let me know then.
If still, the problem exists, then please provide us with your temporary wp-admin login details and site URL in a private reply for checking the issue.

2. The CSV file link you have shared is not working. Please check this: https://prnt.sc/oIFo5NQGyk-c.
3. There is a column named files in the CSV file. You need to upload your related file in the wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files first by using FTP software or even via cPanel before importing files and then simply put the file name in the CSV file under the files column. 4. If your files are in google drive then please put your related google drive file URL in the CSV file under the files column before importing. However, if your files are on the server then follow the step 3 procedure.

Regarding the ‘modal window’ due to the ‘featherlight js library‘! is loading from your theme.
Your theme may have the option to control it; if you don’t understand the theme feature, please get in touch with the theme developer.
Also, please check this screencast where I have explained the import-related queries.
In addition to the screencast, I want to let you know that you need to upload files in the download-manager-files folder under the wp-content/uploads directory using FTP, and then in the CSV file, you need to use the file name only.

Downloading is working fine. It will work appropriately as long as the file exists, but it is opening on a modal window due to the featherlight js library included with your theme.

If you use the shortcode, it doesn’t require the Pro version.
Also, with the free version, the WPDM Directory add-on will work.
If you check the Directory add-on page, you will find all the available demos at the bottom of the page before the comments section. Please check before proceeding with the Directory add-on whether it meets your requirements or not.
I recommend going with the below WPDM full-access pack instead of the single purchase.
