Yes, For working download link you have to set download files in your server as it was saved before like wp-content\uploads\download-manager-files also other option like select from server option. after all, you have to set as per link set.

The custom template got corrupted during DB transfer, But we aged to restore it. To avoid the recurring issue I have created a template file 5e19a447ec45e.php with the custom link-template code and placed it in /active-theme/download-manager/link-templates/ directory.

This is another way of creating a link/page template. Instead of using template editor and database, we are saving the template code in the actual file.

Yes, you can change the look of page templates or link templates. Please check from Downloads > Templates section. There also an available preview button of your templates. you can also create a custom template using the template tags.

You can create a new link template from Downloads > Templates, then paste the below code in the link template HTML section,

Then from Appearance > widgets, you can select your created link-template. Thus you can show the packages in the widget area.

Hi there..

i guess i didn’t understand it right..

– created a dir named download-manager in my child theme dir
– copied the link template in it
– added [link_label] instead of [download_link]

but it doesn’t work..
