Hello,
When i send the File Cart to my e-mail i get a download link. Clicking the link downloads a txt. file named something wrong and with the text File not found!
It works fine i download the file cart just not when sending it to my email.
Hello, i am using the addon File Cart and the download link opens in the same winodw.
I would like this to open in a new one, how can i do this?

Hi guys.
An update is available for the WPDM Directory Add-on (APDM-Archive-Page) and when I try to update through the Download Manager settings not only does it not work, it removes the add-on altogether. I then have to re-install (the older version) and have the same problem again.
I would just ignore it, but I am having an issue with the Login Form block that might be connected – the form says it has expired when attempting to log-in on the frontend.
Any ideas or links to the newest version of the add on?

Is it possible to show the package links using their original permalink rather than the https://www.examplesite.com?wpdmdl=999 structure?
Is there a setting for this as I would like to show the download package link as:
https://www.examplesite.com/download/mypackage
rather than
I enabled email lock for my package, and selected Mail Download Link option under “After Submitting Form”, but when I click download button and fill the visitor name and email address, the webpage stopped and didn’t receive any email about the download link. But if I select “Download Instantly and Do Not Mail Download Link” option, I can download file. So, what can I do if I want to use “Mail Download Link” option?

I have bought Downloadmanager pro. Automatic update is tried every day now in the middle of the day, and takes downmy complete website. Then the update fails.As the update fails I would like to manually update download manager, but I can’t find anywhere the link to the download. When I login in the download area, I can only see that I downloaded the program many times via automatic update, but nowhere a link to a direct download.
Can someone help me please?

Another problem is, when the user receives the download mail and klicks on the link, the dowload page is opened with the registration window in front.
Once you hit the send button there, the download starts; but the page stays in place with the send button window in front. Ich you do not close that pop-up window manually, you can klick the send button again and again here and the ‘Success’ meassage pops up again again …
How can that registration pop-up window be closed automatically, once I clicked the download link in the mail?

No, the template is ther; but it has a ‘Download’ link in its text part which has been changed and does not work anymore now.

No, you can also set custom Link template and Page template too, you just have to put Link template or Page Template ID in your CSV file, please check Column headings for CSV file here, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/bulk-import/, please let me know if I missed something

Hey there, I’m using an access manager “Ultimate Member” to restrict access on my site. I’m not sure if its the issue or if WPDM is the issue but even with no restrictions assigned to the download it still just redirects to the home page. When I set my role to “Administrator” I can download the file just fine but even if I have every other permission assigned to me without admin I can’t download the file. Is there some kind of access I’m missing here?

Thanks in advanceHello, I have guest checkout and guest download enabled, and have set up the “Guest Orders” page with the appropriate shortcode.
I am using Stripe as the payment gateway. Purchases are working properly, but after the purchase, users are being redirected to the /purchases page with the login form. There is no link on that page to the Guest Orders page. Users do not know what to do at this point, as there is no on-screen instruction about next steps.
I see that in “Test Pay” payment option, there is a field for a post-purchase redirect URL, but there is no such option for the Stripe payment gateway settings. How can I make sure that users are redirected to the Guest Orders page after successful payment? Ideally, the user would go to the a page like this:
/guest-orders?ORDER-ID-HERE
and the purchased items would be listed and available for download.

I’m looking at my phpMyAdmin and running checks on my tables.
Within the wp-ahm_asset_links table, I’m getting the warning that the following are possibly duplicates and should be removed. I believe this is one of the tables created with the download manager plugin. Is that correct? Before I started to drop lines, I wanted to confirm that there should not be duplicates.
Duplicates:
The indexes asset_key and asset_key_5 seem to be equal and one of them could possibly be removed.
The indexes asset_key and asset_key_4 seem to be equal and one of them could possibly be removed.
The indexes asset_key and asset_key_3 seem to be equal and one of them could possibly be removed.
