Topic: Email formatting
E-mails being received are losing the formatting.
We are seeing plain text, though the positioning of the elements is correct, eg, it says “Thanks! Thank you for downloading…” on the right side, with the download text and link on the left. However, there is no other formatting of any kind.
This has been replicated several times with three different people, all using MS Outlook.
As far as I can tell, no one has modified the code. We only added the name and email from to the template settings.
Here is the content of the template:

Best Regards,
AdminI’d like to know if it’s possible to get the full link from the Package maker (edit content page) instead waiting to publish and get it from front page.
Shortcode is fine, but not for all purposes.
Thank you.
Topic: Login required message
I have noticed that the more recent versions of Download Manager automatically default to a Login link when a file is not accessible to a specific user. Is there some way to revert back to just the Login Required Message as default, rather than a login link?
Like to download doesn’t work with pop-up link. it was working before and now all of a sudden it’s not workin.
Topic: 'undefined' message
Hi there, I have just upgraded from the Free to the latest paid Pro version. I have created 2 files packages with Password Lock. When you click to download a file and enter the password, ‘Processing…’ appears for a short moment, then ‘Undefined’ appears and no download starts. Any ideas on why this is happening ? Maybe I have a setting wrong. Thanks for your help.

Topic: Download is not working!
Hi,
This issue is important to me before upgrading to the professional version!
I am running the free version on my personal blog and not sure what is wrong with the latest version 2.2.4 (previously worked on the 2.1.x version)! From control panel, I can add/edit/control all documents and files. However, no one will be able to download any file? you can check an example on this link:
hello admin i am using your WPDM PRO 3.2 and whenever i download any file to test it ,it doesn’t shows the resume support in IDM (Internet Download manager) or any other download managers i would like the old system of permalink as i think this is the issue the old download links were customizable in the free version. if possible i would like the old permalink system .
I am new to Download Manager. I installed it and had it working perfectly, then it just stopped. The problem I am having is that when I click on the download link to show the content of a package for “individual download” in the package list format, it stays on “loading…. ” forever. maybe this is an easy fix. please take a look at what I am talking about.
