I meant, I’m not seeing any problem on your site, it is working fine now with AdSense. Also, the download link is a simple HTML tag, wpdm can’t be a reason for any conflict you may see there.

Well in this case you can remove the linked domain to use the key with a new domain.
FYI, The license key will work with the latest version of WordPress Download Manager Pro. And if you are using a very old version, there may require a manual upgrade (If auto-upgrade doesn’t work).
However, you can download the latest version from Premium Download Area as well.

For Category access and package roles please follow the below steps as I describe below,Before giving access to a certain category for a particular role you have to set from the edit category option, then you have to make empty for Allow Access option or giving a particular role on it like as I image attached or as usual for select member option too,

If you follow the below link then it will not get overwritten as it’s clearly mentioned there that you are copying your required plugin files to your currentactive-themedirectory not directly modifying on the direct plugin file.
Hope you are clear now.
However, in theWPDM Pro, you don’t have to worry about that as you can modify template files from this section and it will not get overwritten with future updates.

The website is not online.
The previews work fine the problem being that in the download window, the file name is hyperlinked (check attached file)

users would click on that which leads to a page that has details of that file. This is confusing and not needed.
Only the download button needs to be clickable. The hyper-link needs to be removedThanks in advance

The issue is happening due to the permalink structure I think as I have failed to access the WordPress error log due to file permission.
Because I have created a test page and it’s working fine.
As you have created the same page with the same permalink which conflicts with WPDM base URL like this.
Also, after changing the permalink structure to plain like this the Download page is working fine.
Hope you got my point.

If you go to Downloads -> Templates -> Link Templates
and if you check each previews for each of the templates you would see that all of them except a few hyperlinks. Only ones which have [title] instead of [link] defined in the template do not show it.

Hello,
I was not referring to the direct download link within wordpress. but to the possibility of copying the download link on the web once the user is logged in and then trying to download without being logged in.
I understand that it is difficult for it to happen, because I register the users and what I am telling you should not happen. but that the message does not have permission comes out, it is an indicator that this file exists, if someone unauthorized tries to download it. if it were redirected to the 404 page it would be an indicator that that file or page does not exist.
Another thing is the direct download links that you tell me. in that case not allowing access to wordpress should be enough.
