Hi,
I am currently exploring all the options of WP Download Manager to achieve my goalsFirst, I need to include only a download link in my CF7 form customer mail message body
Please note: the download should generate once only after successful form submission, mustn’t allow multiple downloads, and no public view of the download item.Second, I tried testing this Enable Form Lock with a Test item, In the download page it is not working as expected just loading endlessly
Please share the solutions with step by step approach for the both at your earliest convenience

Hi,
I am looking to find a way to automate exporting of the downloads reports from two categories. Currently i use the filter & export filtered view, is there any way to automatically scheduled them? i.e. every week or so… I am looking to use POWERBI for the reporting so that would save me a lot of time.

Nayeem,
Thank you for the quick response!
I did watched the video and check all the documentation, but I still can’t fix.
Here is the problem I have:
When I first download Download Manager, I used the free version, didn’t do any configuration, then download the addon to transfer files from WP-Filebase, the file link template was set to Panel, then I go to Settings – Frontend access, set the file template to Call to action 3, and saved.
But this setting didn’t change the template on the front end, you can see only the file that I manually set to Call to Action 3 template display the right format from this page: https://www.linortek.com/downloads/documentations/In reply to: Update failed
Hello, Shreek
I hope you are doing well and sorry for inconvenience.
To solve the issue,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.To enable the auto-update, login to your WPDM account from the Downloads > Settings > License tab. If login is successful and you have an active subscription then you can update the future releases right from your plugins page.
Let me know if the problem persists.

In reply to: WPDM – Archive page doesn’t upgrade
Hello Simo Peltonen,
Hope you are well. Thanks for writing to us.
For updating the WPDM PRO plugin, Please simply click the Save Settings again for the license key option from
Downloads > Settings > License, and then please update the plugin from thewp-admin > pluginspanel. For saving settings again for the license key option from
Downloads -> Settings -> License, that will regenerate the access token. Thus the plugin will be updated,For updating WPDM add-ons, please download your plugin from here, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases,
And update manually from the wp-admin dashboardPlugins > Add Newoption. I hope, thus it will resolve your issue. For theDownload > Settings > Updatesoption will may not work properly for some server settings. please check and let me know, if you have any queries.Thank you and regards
Hello,
I have updated the WPDM Archive Page Plugin to the latest version and it unexpectedly changed its behaviour.
Previously (Version 4.4.6), all downloads would be visible (from all subcategories) until the user clicked on a specific category, which then would filter the downloads down to the selected category. This is exactly what I am looking for.
Now (Version 4.5.1) when I open up the archive, there are no downloads visible until I select a specific category, which then displays the downloads from the selected category.
This is the shortcode I am using for the archive page (this one gave me the result I described under “previously”).
[wpdm_archive button_style="default" items_per_page="10" order_by="title" order="asc" include_children=1 login=1]How can I achieve to go back to the previous filter behaviour? I did try changing a few things about the shortcode to see if I could get back to the previous behaviour, but unfortunately I wasn’t successful, so I need to ask for your help.
I can set up a test system or provide screenshots if needed.Best regards and many thanks in advance,

Since the last friday update the jstable option for the all downloads shortcode doesn’t work anymore. This worked with version 6.5.5 but no longer in version 6.5.6. Can you fix that?
In reply to: Order by name in wpdm tree
Yes, thank you! I have installed WPDM Extended Shortcodes and am using [wpdm_tree] to show a list of available downloads on my page for the visitors.
Ideally, I would want the visitors to see only a few of the categories in folders, but the most important feature is to make them appear in a logical order (for the visitor.)Thanks!
In reply to: Unable to upload
Unfortunately I’m here again
It seemed to work but it didn’t
I then tried to change the recovery download buffering…
No result. The file is corrupted again.
I tried to reload it again and after many downloads the result was always CORRUPTED
I tried to upload the file to my host space, in file management so as to recall it with “select from server”
Nothing has changed. Always corrupt
I tried to see if the problem was coming from my host so I downloaded directly from my file manager
The file was perfect.
Evidently, after several attempts, it seems that the problem occurs when using the plugin
Maybe there is some setting set incorrectly? Please help me because I’m having a lot of problems with my work

Topic: User Dashboard Customization
I do not see the “My Downloads” section in my user dashboard. How do I enable the “My Downloads” section for user dashboards?
Additionally, I would also like to know what the flaturl parameter in the User Dashboard short-code does and how I can use that parameter.
In reply to: search with package’s tags
Hello,
I hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Unfortunately, the search with tags option is not available right now. You can query downloads from specific tags, for more information, kindly pay a visit here

It is any of the packages on this page: https://www.dales-eaves.co.uk/eaves-detailing/
Within WordPress, this applies to all downloads EXCEPT the following categories: certifications, literature.
Phil
I’m seeing strange behavior on my site since the latest update was installed. Some downloads are failing with “404 Errors”, but not all. Seems there may be an issue with the flat download URLs that are being generated that causes some file downloads to fail. If I disable the “Flat Download Link” option the issue is resolved. However, I would like this option enabled. Please advise, there is urgency with this issue.
Hi everyone,
I’m currently using the WP Download Manager plugin for managing downloads on my WordPress site. Whenever I upload some files through the admin panel, a random value is automatically prefixed to the filename. I would like to disable this behavior so that the file names remain as they are when uploaded.
I have looked through the plugin settings but couldn’t find an option to turn this off. Could someone guide me on how to prevent these random prefixes from being added to the file names?
For #1, For download showcase, you have use shortcode in your page or post, you can check this shortcode too, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/short-codes/wpdm_all_packages-list-all-downloads-in-tabular-format-in-a-page/
For #2, For this requirement, you may need a custom code solution, you can knock here for that, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/custom-upgrade-service/
For #3, For this requirement, you may need also custom upgrade solution, you can knock here for that, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/custom-upgrade-service/
Please kindly check and let me know.
Thank you and regards
For #1 I have created a page named downloads and add all downloads short code on that page
and I have a question about this
can I make a page where my all download will be listed without manually adding the short code in the same design as I am sharing URL with you
https://cascadiadev-lightspeed-tek.pantheonsite.io/products-2/80739-2/For #2 Yes It looks same,
you can check this in below link
https://cascadiadev-lightspeed-tek.pantheonsite.io/products-2/80739-2/What I want is when I click on download button and downloading stated this popup should be closed automatically, for now I need to close this manually
for #3
Can we show some progress bar over the page when it is downloading
like when I upload a file there is a progress bar that shows the downloading percentage
