#1. Create {active-theme-dir}/download-manager/page-templates/
#2. Copy the file /download-manager/src/Packages/views/page-templates/premium-package.php
to newly created dir in #1
#3. Open it
#4. Find and remove [free_download_btn]
#5. Save
