No, I haven’t forgotten my promise.
I’m waiting for you to get the Pro license because this feature uses the Metro Style link template (link-template-msthumnail), which is not included in version 3.3.58.
Once you have the Pro version, you can use the following shortcode:
[wpdm_packages cols=3 template="link-template-msthumnail" items_per_page=18]
After adding it, your packages will be displayed in the same style as shown here

Yes, you can proceed with the pro version. I have tested download manager, premium packages plugin with Jetpack, everything appears to be fine.
– Payment related pages(Cart, purchases) are working fine, no need to setup again.
– Regarding the card view, I will setup it for you with proper pagination and items per page.
– To protect downloads from bots reCAPTCHA v3 would be enough(if the reCAPTCHA v3 works with download manager)
– There is no known conflict between download manager and Jetpack plugins.
– Sure, I can configure the payment related pages for you.
– For the grid view you’re looking for, the msThumbnail link template (available in the Pro version) is required.
