Hi,
I am getting this warning msg:
Warning: Undefined array key “scat” in
/data/sites/web/fondazionecdlmilanoit/www/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/src/Widgets/ListPackages.php on line 55
Deprecated: strip_tags(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in
/data/sites/web/fondazionecdlmilanoit/www/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/src/Widgets/ListPackages.php on line 55

I have just installed WPDM after updating to its last version (plugin was installed since a while but inactive still), then downloaded, installed and activated Premium Package for Digital Solution.
Package is just a test and with no price yet neither, although add-on is configured, and template on page (with Elementor) is ‘Link/Button Template’ to only show the button itself.

Any help and hint is more than welcome

Thank you
fabrizio

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out.

Could you please let me know how the warning is being triggered? Does it appear after clicking the download button?
Also, if possible, please share the related URL so we can take a closer look.

Looking forward to your response.
Regards

Hi and thanks for so prompt reply!
No, it shows simply opening the page, whose this is URL: https://www.fondazionecdlmilano.it/_prova-pdf/

Now you’ll see 2 download buttons as I wanted to test another download and created 2nd package.
If I preview the package itself then no errors occurs

I have created page with Elementor, as said, and selected the ‘WPDM Packages’ widget from “WordPress” list as I have not installed Elementor add-on yet.
I have been using WPDM to just download PDFs on another website since 4-5 years now and never had any issue, with Elementor page builder for this site also. Only difference might be I was using shortcode on that site…

Hi again,
just to confirm that my issue was due to widget used.
I have now used the shortcode to insert package on the page and had no warning/error messages anymore.
So guess I can say my issue is fixed.
But do not know if you want to investigate further the thing.

I had used the ‘WPDM Packages’ widget from those listed under “Worpress” in the Elementor editor.
Worpress 7, latest versions of WPDM and Premium Package for Digital Solutions.

Thank you
fabrizio

Okay, I am marking this as fixed and thanks again for the details.
We will check why the warning triggered.
Have a nice day.
