You can modify the cart to redesign but remember keep a backup of that because update will delete the changes.
However, could you please tell me the issue about agreement you are talking about? because I tested here and found that download package agreement is already working fine in download lock without ticked.

Also for modal login, Have you followed this for the modal login?
WebSite logo used in customizer is used for the logo of the modal.

Hello,

Something is wrong in your server. It is too slow also some issues are there. However, the accordion addon is working totally fine from our local environment.
I tried to bulk disable plugins in your site to find if any particular plugin is causing the issue but trying that everytime showed me that page doesn’t exist.
However, There could be any conflict between plugins or any server related issue. if you want to know if any exact plugin which is causing the conflict, then you can disable and enable plugins one by one and test.

1. Please follow this there is the video that shows the way to add logo.
2. Category access works like the below example:

Package Access = Package Access + All Category Access = All Visitors + Subscribers = All Visitors

and Package Access = Package Access empty + Category Access(Subscribers) = Subscribers

or Package Access = Package Access(subscriber) + Category Access(Subscribers) = Subscribers

3. You can check our shortcodes to make an archive page with downloads.

please take our apology for the delayed response as we were on a festival holiday.
However, I am not able to see the package edit page as it just shows me a notice

However, I have not found the plugins page there. There could be any conflict between plugins. if you want to know the exact plugin which is causing the conflict, then you can disable and enable plugins one by one and test.

You can export in xml for the Download packages post type from the default export feature of WordPress and also you can import that xml from the WordPress import feature.

There is a problem with the format of the csv file, which is not supported by WPDM.Example you used post_title column heading that is not a supported comlumn heading for wpdm.

Please keep the headers same to same like this.

It will not create any problem.
taxonomy-wpdmcategory.php is custom template of wpdm. If you have created this in core files, make sure you create it in theme directory by following the doc.
Just make sure you keep a backup of that before updating the theme.

I would suggest to following this for import/export wpdm files

However, For whole website migration, I would suggest to use duplicator to avoid any unwanted situation. Dont modify anything without backup that is not revertable. In this case we can’t do anything.

I found Error : Failed to connect to server: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed

This error can occur due to two reasons. One, there might me an issue with your DNS settings and second, PHP may not be able to get the network addresses for a given host/domain name.

please take our apology for the delayed response as we were on a festival holiday.
However, I checked the issue and I think the logo is not dynamic that is the reason it is not coming in the popup. It could be theme issue. I tried changing the logo in the customizer, but I didn’t have any luck. So Please check if the logo is coming dynamically from your theme, if not then please make the logo using theme options or customizer.
Hope that will fix the issue.

It is not currently possible with our plugin.
However, you can select “none selected” from font settings of wpdm then you can use local font using your theme or any other font plugin.
