WPDM Shows “Missing ID” error after moving WordPress Site

Hello,

Recently we dumped the local database of one of our developers that was working with the WPDM plugin.
We changed the WP_SITEURL from localhost/mysite to dev-mydomain.com and now the posts that were linked to the documents are showing MISSING ID.

We changed the directory where WPDM searches for files from C:/xampp/mysite to /var/www/html but still it is not working,.

Hello,
Hope you are well.
I would suggest to following this for import/export wpdm files

However, For whole website migration, I would suggest to use duplicator to avoid any unwanted situation. Dont modify anything without backup that is not revertable. In this case we can’t do anything.
