To do that, go to Settings » Discussion from the left sidebar of your WordPress admin panel.

On this page, you need to uncheck the option that says Allow people to post comments on new articles and then click on the Save Changes button to store your settings as I IMage attached

you will find a parameter called template="template name or ID" here, you can customize your link-template according to your requirements, you can also remove the template tag called [file_count] from your related template. Thus you can remove 1 file text portion
