1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

The auto-update has been temporarily disabled due to a huge server load. We will reactive it soon.

Our server issue is resolved now. Yesterday, There were huge upgrade requests which jammed the server for a few hours, now server load is ok.
