For now, bulk apply to media library files is not available. But you can also keep a feature request here,
And for your other question, uploaded directly in the Media Library show the Media Library, and uploaded through the WPDM interface you can see the files from this directory wp-content\uploads\download-manager-files. please check and let me know, if you have any queries.

I have found the issue. After keeping empty the Allowed file types to upload field as I image attached,
The file attached is working fine from my side. I have created this package then https://www.crossocean.com/download/wpdm-test/, i think there may be a typo error among the file type. please check and let me know

Hope you are well. Your installed plugins folder is residing in wp-content\plugins\ this directory. You can change the file browser root. And for the WPDM packages files, those that are uploaded and attached are residing in wp-content\uploads\download-manager-files. The file attached is working properly from our side with the latest version. Please deactivate and activate the plugin again. Have you tested enabling/disabling other plugins for checking also switching the theme? please check and let me know

The default Values add-on will help you set default values for package settings so that you don’t have to repeat those every time you create a new package. You are also capable of bulk applying to the packages. However, please let us know, how we can help you more.

Hope you are well. You want to stop any non-logged-in user from viewing the individual package pages. I think When a user is not allowed to download: Hide everything will be enough for this requirement. However, non-logged-in still can see all packages with the login required message for this page, https://www.envyustestserver.com.au/meertens/packages/. Please check and let me know, if you need any help more.
