Those are templates residing in the plugin or theme directory, they can’t be edited through the Downloads > Templates panel. But you can clone them and then edit them. And from the Downloads > Templates panel created templates will not be found through the plugin or theme directory. But both sides residing templates you can use in your package’s appearance. For backup of your advanced access control add-on tpls folder file wpdm-my-downloads.php, Please put in this directory like from your active theme /active-theme/download-manager/wpdm-my-downloads.php. If you are working with link templates, you can also create custom link templates with your existing HTML contents in this directory, /wp-content/plugins/download-manager/src/Package/views/link-templates or this directory {active-theme-dir}/download-manager/link-templates/ for plugin update backup, you can create a link template called link-template-yourname.php and start with the heading
<!-- WPDM Link Template: Template Name -->
and then put your HTML, PHP, or JS contents. Thus, you can create a custom link template. please check and let me know, if you need anything with help more.
