Also, check this setting from Downloads settings to hide everything.

If you select a dir which contains files will be shown in right side section. Sorry for the typo mistake in the documentation. If you select the dir and click on browser files, the files will be loaded on the right side. Then you can check and import the specific files or all file at once.
If files are not loading, then please send the login to check issue, there might also be folder permission or file permission problem exist on the server.

You may upload to youtube, then attach youtube video URL with wpdm package, and finally, use [youtube_player] tag in the page template to play video.

For this you need to create a link template, you can clone and modify an existing or create new template from /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro&page=templates, then you put the [youtube_player] tag inside it and save the template file. Then you can use the template id with the shortcode.

Hi,

You can show single file with the template code [file_list] to show the file list and download link. You can modify any existing template and include this with your specific styles from wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro&page=templates&_type=link and use with shortcode. For any single package view use page template instead.

A user can create and edit their packages from frontend with the frontend uploader. You need to create a page with shortcode [wpdm_frontend flaturl=0] to have the interface. You can find details here. Here is more settings.

Also, check file browser access from the settings page.

Hi, Seems like there is a problem with the "/plugins/download-manager/cache" directory on your server. The thumb images won’t loading for permission problem.
I have created the thumb template and changes all packages with link template code in the page. It should be showing feature image with the direct download link in the grid.
