Please install and check your Email problem with WP Mail SMTP plugin. Try to check the spam box, if the mail is treated as spam. And which version of the addon are you using? Please use the latest version.

Maybe you used custom code update in the file. After the plugin update, the file changed. So the link is disabled. For custom code update, You need to copy the file from \plugins\download-manager\tpls\wpdm-all-downloads.php and put this file into the active theme/download-manager/ wpdm-all-downloads.php, then the update will not affect the template file. More details here.

Now, After the update you can use cols="page_link,file_count,download_count|categories|update_date|download_link" with the shortcode so the page link will be desplayed with the title. So you can use page_link instead of title in the cols.

Please use the latest version of the addon. Also, if you have membership plans, then that will be on the category access option.So, you need to check the plan name on category access option to restrict the item to that membership plan.

If this is not working please reactivate the login to check.

Also, I have checked the wpdm categories does not show up on the plans edit mode. We will look into this.

Seems like you want to give content access separate for the different user role. There are multiple ways you can achieve that. By Advanced Access Control, you just need to put user id one by one for a single package.
Alternate you can use the wp pro membership add-on, then you can create multiple memberships plan, which allows you to create access control for the multiple category/package per membership. So you just need set the user to the specific membership for the package access control. Other content will be blocked from the users.

And you can use newsletter add-on in order to send email to the specific users for package updates.

Sorry, there is no option to bulk import files from Dropbox. But if you want to keep the files on WordPress host, then you can download all the files and upload in the WordPress directory, then use https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/bulk-import/ bulk import to import the files as the package all at once.
Or you can upload CSV file, where you can put the Dropbox share(download URL) into the CSV file, and import it to create all package at once.
