Hi there.

Im using WPDM free – planning to upgrade.
I want to sell Tutorials.

For some reason my theme doesn’t show the WPDM file-pages.
It does show WPDM directories and shortcode-generated stuff – but the actual file pages stay blank.

I tried the following:
* Deactivating all plugins – no change
* Changing the theme with all plugins active – WPDM works perfectly.

you may try it here: http://inocom.at/knowledge-base/

I contacted the theme-authors. They say they don’t support third party plugins … :/
Hope you have an idea –

Many thanks, Duz

Hi,

Could you please check your PHP error log? That should indicate the origin of the conflict. You can send the error log file in reply so we can take a look.

Thanks.

Hi,

Seems like the problem is with your theme. Theme file not loaded correctly. You may try changing your theme.

Thanks

Hi.

I had the same problem with woocommerce (the same error, same theme)

Then I added some lines of code according to this tutorial:

Third party / custom / non-WC theme compatibility

Now woocommerce works.

Is there a way to get wpdm working like that?

greets, Duz

There is an option. You can use a custom template for download manager posts. The template file name is single-wpdmpro.php and you have to place it under your active theme dir. This template file will be used to show the package details page.

You can copy this file from one of our themes https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-twenty-fifteen/
