Hi,

I have WPDM Pro with Advanced Access Control. We need to upload some files and give access to a group of users, mostly depending on some user property (postal codes, men, women, etc.). Also we want to an email to be sent to these group of users notifying there is a new content for them (only to these users).

As far as I know, to give access to a package to multiple users you have to do it one by one. Is there any option to give access to a list of users based on a user property? Or maybe just give access to a list of users but not one by one, but copy/paste a comma separated list, or from excel…? Would it be possible to send an email notification to that users?

Hi there,

Seems like you want to give content access separate for the different user role. There are multiple ways you can achieve that. By Advanced Access Control, you just need to put user id one by one for a single package.
Alternate you can use the wp pro membership add-on, then you can create multiple memberships plan, which allows you to create access control for the multiple category/package per membership. So you just need set the user to the specific membership for the package access control. Other content will be blocked from the users.

And you can use newsletter add-on in order to send email to the specific users for package updates.
