basic setting not saving - WordPress Download Manager

Hi,
I installed the plugin Download Manager and change the setting in section “basic setting”, but the button save stay in loading state.

Seems like you are using siteground hosting, please include following in your .htaccess file in the server. If the issue not solved by adding this, Please send login in private to check.

The setting is not saving due to some security rule applied by your hosting company, Please show them the screenshot below and ask them to fix it:
