You can use the below add-on in order to set the new link template on all of the documents at a time.
Alternatively, Based on the above-mentioned scenario you can edit the default link-template as well by following this so that it applies to all default link templates.
However, for the PRO version, you can edit a template easily by following this.

shortcode.
