Please clear cache and stats and stats from the WPDM privacy settings for once, and if you are not using the latest version, update your plugin. We have adjusted the memory usage issue already, you shouldn’t require to increase memory, any server with minimal requirement where WordPress runs smoothly, The WPDM also will do so.

If possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.
Also please try after making a similar change to the server files as was done to increase upload size to make the download successful and then let us know about it.

Welcome to the support forum.
In the next billing cycle, a subscriber will be charged automatically on the initially selected payment option.
Also, the Pro Membership plugin sends a reminder email about subscription renewal 1 week before the renewal date. Recurring payment should be automated as well.
However, We have Mollie add-on, but it is not compatible with the Pro Membership add-on yet ( only works with the premium packages ). We will add pro membership compatibility with Mollie payment gateway soon.

Please use the below template tag in your related package file which will display all the files in a package as a list.
[file_list]
If you want to add the template tag in a template file then you can follow the below procedure.
By default, you are using link-template-default.php for the link template and page-template-default.php for the page template. As documentation, you have to copy the file in the theme directory naming a folder called download-manager, then paste it in page-templates for page template or link-templates for link template. And you have to add the above-mentioned template tag there.

Yes, we have found and reproduced that the Asset Manager is not letting upload a PDF file.
I have forwarded it to our core development team and it will be adjusted in the next plugin update.

We are sorry to say that currently, we are not providing such functionality. Also, the email is controlled by the form plugin. WPDM have nothing to do there. However, we are going to add this option ASAP with our LiveForms plugin.

In the latest version of the WPDM, we have disabled the download-description shortcode for security purpose.
I have forwarded it to our core development team and hopefully, in the next release of the WPDM, we will adjust this issue.
