Hi Guys,

since we make a update from 3.0.92 to the latest version we are not able to put shortcodes in the download-description.
We tried it on other websites and the problem is still the same.

Our customer puts images from the crew in the description and that doesn’t work anymore.

Can anyone help?

Will you please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this?
It helps me to quickly figure out the issue and squash it immediately.

Hello @bkraus,
In the latest version of the WPDM, we have disabled the download-description shortcode for security purpose.
I have forwarded it to our core development team and hopefully, in the next release of the WPDM, we will adjust this issue.
