Hi,

It should be wpdm_all_packages instead of wpdm-all-packages i have tested here, https://development.latwp.org/wpdm-test/, it is working fine with this shortcode here, [wpdm_all_packages login=1 thumb=1 items_per_page="10" categories="boc-meeting-agendas" jstable=1 order_by="title" order="ASC" cols="title,file_count,download_count|categories|update_date|download_link" colheads="Title|Categories|Update Date|Download::155px"]

thanks

you can mask the file download link. If you unmask the download link, bots will be able the find any public download link easily. and generally, It takes between 4 days and 4 weeks for your brand new website to be crawled and reindexed by Google

thanks

Hi @lpzekalabs,
Welcome to the support forum.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned functionality, you have to use the WPDM Pro plugin and the below add-on.

Advanced Access Control

By the way, you can use our Special pack which contains more essential add-ons including Advanced Access Control and its link is given below for more details.

If still, you are facing the problem then please provide us with your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.
Thanks.

Sorry in vacation, checking just now, this package https://pedrasriscas.pt/download/alisia-aneis/ is not updating for both allow access role as well as the page template and the link-template, can you please create a similar package new for testing

This answers how to whitelist files by extension, which is great, thanks!

BUT what if, as in my case, the file in question has no extension?

This is preventing users from downloading our software installer program, which has no extension.

We need help ASAP. Any link to the previous version (5.3.6, I believe) so that we can rollback our upgrade?

Critical site functionality has been affected by this bug and I haven’t found an answer yet, please help.

Upload and download is not working

Thanks.

I have checked that, you are using custom archive pages link-template on your category page, please use this template tag [categories] on your link-template this should render the categories for related packages, for more template tag you can visit this doc templates, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/templates/template-tags/

thanks

Can you please check the both settings from Download > Basic as I image attached,

the unmask download link is preferrable and Activate flat download url is on beta testing

please check

thanks

Hi Markus,
Hope you are well.
Please use the below shortcode instead and it should work. Don’t add the link-template-button.php in the shortcode.
[wpdm_category id="zip" cols="1" toolbar=0 item_per_page=10 template="link-template-button"]
More shortcode details can be found here.
Also, you can found the template ID easily by following this article.
