Yes, I followed as in the https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/bulk-import/ & sample.csv but it didn’t work for external files which are in wasabi server.

Hope you are well.
Please use the below template tag in your related package file which will display all the files in a package as a list.
[file_list]If you want to add the template tag in a template file then you can follow the below procedure.
By default, you are using link-template-default.php for the link template and page-template-default.php for the page template. As documentation, you have to copy the file in the theme directory naming a folder called download-manager, then paste it in page-templates for page template or link-templates for link template. And you have to add the above-mentioned template tag there.

I got the razorpay payment gateway keys but its not working. I’ve tested it for woocommerce it worked (product link – https://www.smartzworld.com/downloads/product/test/) but it is not working with download manager.
It is showing error “You are not connected to the RazorPay API. Please Check the Settings again.”

I am setting up a website, in two languages: Spanish and Gallego.On a page, I have inserted a shortcode to display PDFs to be downloaded, that have a specific category assigned.
example:
[wpdm_category id=”xiii-autocross-carballo-2021″ order=”desc” template=”link-template-default-wdc” cols=1 colspad=1 colsphone=1]I have this shortcode on two pages: one in the default language (spanish) and then the second language (gallego).
But on the second language, the shortcode doesn’t work – it says “Category doesn’t exist!”Do I have to create a translation for every upload, with translated category assigned?
Or is there a way for me to use that one same category on all pages (all languages?)(ie, the spanish PDFs to be downloaded on the spanish page, and gallego page)

If I insert the packages as shortcode, they work. The Errors are all when I used the WPDM Gutenberg blocks to place the package download links. I attached an image from the
back end with the error. Everything is up to date. Can I generate a link to any folder or sub folder?.
For example, A link that takes you directly to “Orange Varieties” and shows you only the contents of that folder:
mywebsite.com/downloads/fruit_trees/tropical_fruits/oranges/orange_varieties
Currently, our links look like this: mywebsite.com/downloads/#collapse-80

Download does’nt work. It’s only # instead of the attachment link for every in default template.
Possible solutions posted in forum (file type restrictions) didn’t work.
In detail we can download files, but the files don’t open in new tabs (what should be default or at least configurable with setting “open in browser” in my opinion)Please help.
