Hi wpdm dev. team we want to add download_link value download link through the database wp_postoption metadata table is it possible ? and is there have any default value? we tried it but not working the value which means the file URL not attached.

Right now you can change the document tag to any other by editing line no 323 on the download-manager.php file.
Please follow this carefully.
After changing the code make sure to save the permalink once in order to apply the new permalink like this.
However, we will add an option in Settings -> URL Structure in the next update.

the plugin is working fine but a single problem I am facing that the time is not resetting. it is not resetting automatically or manually. the reset option is working only for admins. it is not working for users. You can create/clone link-templates from the Download > Templates and according to your link-template adjustments, you can use [icon] in your link template, for more template tags you can visit here, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/templates/template-tags/. and after the necessary adjustments, you can use it in your shortcode in this parameter, template="default" instead of the default

I have changed several changes, one is you have concated catLink misplaced, so it was giving an error and other is you may check, I have set isset function for this download_link error skipping. BTW, glad to hear this your some part problem has been resolved

Please follow this for the bulk import.
However, for bulk edit packages you can use the CSV import by following the above-mentioned link but for bulk deletion, you can use the native WP feature.

After updating wpdm pro to latest version 5.4.1 and dropbox explorer addon to latest version 1.4.6.
it’s no longer showing previews of the files. Instead it’s showing the png placeholder.
Files are still downloadable.
We’ve already tried creating a new dropbox app and re-linking it but it didn’t help.
How do we show previews of files again?
