please follow these steps for updating the plugin,

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

To enable the auto-update, login to your WPDM account from the Downloads > Settings > License tab. If login is successful and you have an active subscription then you can update the future releases right from your plugins page.

iPhone 6 and 12 have been used for testing your issue. No, it’s not like that, audio preview worked fine on both devices.
Try different browsers like Firefox, Brave, Google Chrome or you can test it from a different device.

I can’t see any Test secret key and Test publishable key, here is the screenshot. Have you removed them or didn’t placed them yet.

If you haven’t placed them , kindly do so and let me know if the problem persists.

First of all make sure that you are using the updated version of the plugin.

    – Log in to your Stripe Dashboard.
    – Ensure that the webhook endpoint URL matches the URL in your WordPress settings.
    – If not, update the webhook endpoint URL to match your current site URL.

On Android, the media player displays the full duration of an MP3 file during playback but in IOS it is not, maybe it’s because IOS is designed to display only the time elapsed rather than the total duration during playback.

– Yes, it will work with PHP 7.4, we always recommend to use the updated version

I have checked multiple audio files from both android and IOS, each file seamlessly played for over 3 minutes without any issues, here is the screenshots.

Mobile download is also working fine now, I have changed the settings for download.

Yes, access the error log inside your hosting control panel.
If you are using cPanel, navigate to the ‘File Manager’ and look for the file named error_log.
