Site with downloads (sometimes) not loading

Hello,

I have the following problem:
Downloads are offered on various pages of my WordPress installation.

When opening the page, the loading process is often (not always) interrupted and the page appears incomplete. It is not that only the downloads are missing, but many areas of the page are not loading.
When I refresh the page (F5), everything usually appears normal again.

The problem occurs irregularly, I cannot recognize any pattern.

I have tested the problem with Firefox and Chrome. It also occurs on different PCs.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the inconvenience.

– kindly make sure that all plugins are up-to-date.
– Switch to a default WordPress theme temporarily to see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, the problem might be related to your current theme.
– Deactivate all plugins temporarily except WPDM and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate the plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.

Let me know if the problem still persists after following the steps mentioned above.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately it seems to be a problem with the WPDM, because

– it also occurs with another theme.
– it also occurs when all other plugins are deactivated.
