For getting an additional field in email lock you can use Advance Custom Fields add-on.you can use this add-on to extend the email lock feature, when need to capture additional data from site visitors.

WPDM pro dose not include any message option, you have to get the WordPress Private Message add-on for messages.
Wordpress Private Message add-on allows site members to send private messages (PM) to each other or site admin. Users will have their own inbox and sent box.

Please choose a login page by navigating to Downloads > Settings > Frontend Access, here is the screenshot1, screenshot2.
Currently, the default login page is not selected, which is causing an error to appear. Once you select a login page, users will be redirected to it when they click on the Logout button.

Have you tried deactivating the plugins to see if there might be any potential clashes between them?
It’s working fine from our side.
Kindly follow this steps, deactivate all plugins temporarily except WPDM and see if that solves the problem.
Then, activate the plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
If the problem still persists, kindly share the login credentials in a private reply.

For now, you can’t use password protection for an individual file.
– First of all, you have to enable password protection for the whole package.
– Then, you can use a different password for that particular file you want to protect.
