It seems there might be a conflict between a theme or plugin.
– Have you attempted deactivating all plugins except Download Manager and the Directory add-on to identify which one is causing the issue? You can use Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. It allows you to do a number of tests in a browser session, without affecting visitors to your live site.
– Please consider switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Two or Twenty Twenty-Three.
Kindly follow these:
– Create a new page and re-apply the short-code to see if it works.
– Clear the cache
– Make sure both plugins are up-to-date
– Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Download Manager and Directory add-on, and see if it works or not.
Since everything is working fine from our side. We need to verify the setup of your website to ensure everything is configured correctly on your end.

As I mentioned before, the Reset Limit is working fine, and we have resolved the Download Exceeded Message issue.

Unfortunately, there are no query strings to sort the results for wpdm_packages. But you can display packages by categories using Gutenberg Blocks or WPDM Elementor add-on.
Could you please share wp-login credentials along with related URL in a private reply? We have to check it from back-end.
