If you want, you can give it a try from plugin file editor. Also an update may erase the changes

Kindly contact to the theme support.

Kindly follow these steps,

1. Deactivate all plugins temporarily except Download Manager and see if that solves the problem
2. Kindly try switching the active theme temporarily to check if the issue is coming from a theme conflict.

Let me know, if the problem still persists after deactivating the plugins and active themes.

I think it’s the theme that causing the problem,otherwise the plugin is working fine.

Yes, this is not the recommended way. The directory path is not matching with the actual directory path mentioned here which causing the problem.
