Sorry for the delay because of the weekend.
However, I have found the issue. The plugin Jeg Elementor Kit was conflicting with wpdm. Disabling that has solved the issue.
It was a issue because of javascript conflict with the plugin files. Maybe that plugin was made poorly.

Sorry to hear about the issue.

WPDM and the page template and cloning feature is working fine from my side.
Make sure that you are using php version 7+ for your server.
Also make sure that you are using latest version of wpdm that is 6.1.2
also if you are using any wpdm addons, update those to the latest version too.

Sometimes theme/plugin conflict can also cause the issue. In this case I would suggest to change theme and disabling/enabling plugins to inspect the issue.

I hope following the mentioned procedures will solve the issue. If the issue still persists, please let me know

However I found that you used this shortcode.

In this shortcode just remove the parameter login=1 to show downloads without login.

However, the cache plugin was causing the issue. I have deactivated that, it fixed the issue with a new subscriber role I created.. In this case, it would be appropriate to make an exception for the wpdm page of the cache plugin or disable/change the cache plugin to recheck the issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
I found that the issue is because of your theme. It is not showing the contents. Found that you used single wpdmpro that went wrong.
However, if I change the theme to twenty twenty, it works fine.
So I would suggest to copy the theme default single.php and rename it to single wpdm pro following the below doc:

In example here I changed the label of download:

Here the website you shared, he uploaded all the files in a download package then the filelist has made the downloads list. But I am sorry there is no way to edit file list without editing the core files of wpdm.

Again I am not sure about the issue.
Something is wrong with the pages and packages in your website as it is okay in our testing environment.
But I am unable to find the issue as there are more than few thousand packages in your website and identify the exact issue.

Again I found that 2021 issue has been fixed for me as I set a 2021 file “SILVA CORONADO SHARON MIGDONIA” access to me and now I see that and able to download from here:

What I think there is some issues with the server.
Sometimes server took too long to respond and just showing me the connection has timed out.

First of all I would suggest to update php version and increase php memory limits and php timeout limit of your server.

then I would suggest you to deactivate all plugins that begin with the letter “W” and reactivate one by one to check since one of them has a conflict with wpdm download issue.

Got the issue.
Actually the my downloads menu is showed if the downloads are shared only to that specific user.

To select specific user for downloads you have to use the below addon with wpdm:
