hello,
I don’t see in the frontend user dasboard the “my downloads” button.

How can I activate it?

Sorry to hear about the issue.
Let me know please are you using [wpdm_user_dashboard] shortcode for the dashboard page ? Please use that to see my downloads.
However, if the issue still persists could you please share the related page URL with us?

but “Purchases” I do not need and “my download” does not appear.
How can they be managed?

I understood why the “purchases” button appears.
I inadvertently activated the “shopping section”.

I’m sorry but my demo now is in development on localhost .. on my pc therefore it is unreachable.
If necessary, I can move it to a reachable server.

Please, can you confirm that “my download” button is also on the free version?
So I can install the plugin on the online website and if there are problems I will send you the login credentials to fix it.

Hello @Paolo,

Hope you are well.

Got the issue.
Actually the my downloads menu is showed if the downloads are shared only to that specific user.

To select specific user for downloads you have to use the below addon with wpdm:

Advanced Access Control

However, to enable the purchase option for wpdm to make it digital marketplace, you have to use the below plugin with wpdm:
