You have to use the parameter orderby to sort the downloads.
you can sort by title, download_count, date, modified ( update date ), or id, it’s an optional parameter.

for id parameter, if you want to show multiple categories, in case of multiple category slugs, should be separated by a comma.

I think you are using WPDM free. That is the reason you are not able to add more than 1 file with it.
However, With WPDM Pro you will be able to add unlimited files.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
However, I have just checked the issue.
Actually the email download was not ticked from the example package that is the reason of email not being sent. It must be ticked for all download packages if you want email should be sent.

Also as you are using from from wpforms, the submitted info will be saved in wpforms entries.

So I think everything is okay with the addon.

Please make sure you keep activated and other plugins are deactivated to check if there is any conflict issue. There are more than 100+ plugins. So it is hard to identify the issue by deactivating one by one.

I tried to deactivate all except wpdm but it is showing request taking too long 500 internal server error.
So please increase the time limit and php limits from the php.ini file from your server.
If the problem still persists, please follow this and make sure that permissions are set properly to solve the issue.

I am sorry those are the only available features for frontend dashboard of our plugin.
However, to change profile pic, the user has to change it from default wp dashboard from link like domain.com/wp-admin or domain.com/wp-login.php

Sorry to see the issues.
However, WPDM is seo friendly but it doesn’t affect any seo related issues directly. The problem I found there is not related to WPDM. There could be other reasons. You have to just identify those. These are all seo-related issues that have no relation to WPDM. WPDM just deals with it’s own downloads. I think if you delete the wpdm plugin and related pages, you will see the same errors.

Auto-install sometimes fails due to auth error or server file permission issue.
If you have not renewed the wpdm plugin with a renewal fee, then you get only version 6.0.0. I am not sure about that. You can check that from order details page.
However, you always can download any updated wpdm plugin and add-on from https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases and install it.
