To make that,
You have to use the shortcode below after activating wpdm-archive-page:
https://try.wpdownloadmanager.com/archive-page-default/

You can change the parameters according to your needs.
Parameters:

— buton_style: default or success or info or warning or danger or primary or secondary
— template: any link-template ID( optional parameter )
— category: use any category slug here if you want to create an archive page for that specific category or don’t use the parameter
— include_children: if you use category parameter, on initial load, it only will fetch the packages from the mentioned categories, if you want to include packages from sub-categories too, you must use include_children=1.
— orderby: package_size_b or date or modified or download_count or view_count or title
— order: asc or desc
— order_fields: optional parameter, you can use this option if you want to edit order fields dropdown options. Ex: order_fields=”date:Date|title:Title|modified:Last Updated”

For the first download, I found that clicking download shows the message, “Direct access disabled”. Not sure what did you do for that download package.

You haven’t provided any package details there according to the format.
Just follow this sample csv

You can edit this sample.csv to create your csv. 1 column is for 1 info only. what I found in you csv that you added, you put different info in a same column. That shouldn’t be done. You just follow the first row that is the header row. and make 1 row for one package only. In example the 2nd row is for 1st download package and 3rd row is for 2nd download package. so if you want to add 3rd package, you just add that title and other details in 4th row then 5th row and go on…

I suggest you to first import the sample csv in your site and see what happens. That will add two downloads packages. Then it will be more clear to you.

I am not sure about the issue you mentioned. Maybe you uploaded file in a wrong directory that is the reason.
However, I have tested and found that there is no issue with file asset manager. It is working perfectly. You can check the loom recording here.

You need to verify the app. Without verifying google is not allowing you to use it properly.
You need to go through the verification process before you launch your app. This new process came recently to protect user’s data. You can start the verification by submitting this form but before it is recommended to follow steps here.
