I have already checked Source Sans font is already used in wpdm link template on that page. No issue with it.
In popup it is coming from cache. You can clear cache or disable it. I hope issue will be fixed. Otherwise you can add below custom css for font-family

I found that you aer using translatepress for translation. In this case you don’t need the loco translate. You can delete that plugin.
We have strings in wpdm but somehow it is not being translated using your translatepress.
In this case you can follow the doc here from them.

I have tested it. With the latest version of wpdm, google fonts are showing and working properly.
There could be other issues in your site. In this case, I would suggest running a conflict test. You need to run a basic WordPress conflict test on your site to detect what actually causes the problem. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for WPDM. Then check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
