For the requirements, you can customize your used page template. You can do it from both end, from back-end Downloads > Templates section or directly with PHP file from the directory download-manager\src\Package\views\page-templates. If you set the login page properly already, it should ask login too for login restricted packages. Please share the related URLs. if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply to check the issue.

Hope you are well. Thanks for writing to us. I have back information from our team developer that, refresh parameter doesn’t cause 404 error
, It is an optional parameter. You can also skip download url from google index by applying Mask Download Link from settings. Please kindly check and let me know.

For that, you may follow the bulk import feature https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/bulk-import/. and please follow this CSV file, you can also edit this file with the data,

And for JSON or XML, You may also follow the Tools > export/import feature of WordPress native use. please check and let me know.
