I have checked that, Paypal Client ID(Sandbox) and Client Secret(Sandbox) is empty from Payment Methods Configuration. can you please check this doc, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/using-premium-package/setting-up-paypal-smart-button-for-premium-packages-digital-ecommerce-plugin/, and adjust it thereby. I hope it will resolve your issue then.

Sorry for the inconvenience. It is working fine from my testing side too. It can be a cache issue too. Can you please use a better cache plugin? I hope it may help on that issue. Otherwise please check the console error from the browser, while the checkout process the issue happens.

Hope you are well. For excluding packages with the message download was expired. please put the below code bottom of the file script,

Sorry for the inconvenience. It is working fine from my side. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

Yes, For form-lock it will not show the File URL. For filling up the form, it will give you a popup form. Thus the download for the file will finish. I hope you have understood
