I have checked your issue. And also checked by making echo the shortcode from my testing site. It is working fine here. I think there may have been a plugin/theme conflict , can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking, please let me know then

Sorry for some late. I have checked that, your password lock is working fine from my side. Can you please check this doc too, if you have any confusion about lock options, Lock file downloads using various social networking actions (wpdownloadmanager.com), and getting knowledge about the password? Yes, you have to know previously which password is used for that file/package for unlocking the file/package. I hope you have understood now

While saving settings for Premium Packages add-on, there showing an error in the browser console, the save settings issue is working fine from my testing site.
