Really sorry for the inconvenience. But, according to our product description and details it is working properly as expected. You want integration with Woocommerce integration, but it is not our described features. I hope you have understood. You can also use the sample.csv file or you can edit the file too for bulk importing. please check and let me know

For stamped PDF files you need to upload the file in WPDM and create File/Package. However, for the woocommerce product URL adjustments issue, please share the related URL. if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply to check the issue further.

But if you still want to use woocommerce, You can try copying the master download URL of your file from WPDM and then attach the URL to the Woocommerce product as I image attached,
