I have checked that the email lock is not working properly here, https://nswautomation.com/NSW/downloads/presentation-slides-nsw-adaptive-micro-dam-underfill/. The popup modal is not working as expected. I think it may be a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. please check and let me know
