In my inspection, I found that lots of plugin required files are not getting loaded properly due to your server, that’s why the admin panel is breaking.
Please check this.
So, in order to solve the issue.
1. Make sure to increase PHP memory limit, post_max_size and upload_max_filesize
. If you don’t know how to do it then contact hosting provider support.
2. Go to Dashboard Settings General
page and look for the WordPress Address and Site Address option. Make sure both the URL are correct and the same. Once done, click on the “Save Changes” button to save the editing like this
3. Try using the default WordPress .htaccess
.
4. There can be a conflict with another plugin, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking.
Please let me know then.
If still, the problem exists then please provide us with your super admin access in a private reply as well as second admin account admin privilege.

parameter.

Yes, please provide us with your admin privilege in a private reply and no one will be able to see it except me. We need to check that as an admin.
Also, if it only occurs on your laptop only that I think some of your browser settings is causing such a problem. Have you tried with another browser or even in-browser incognito mode?

That’s how it needs to handle, as downloads are directly serving from amazon s3.
WPDM doesn’t have any control over the download process when using any cloud/remote storage.

You are updating the WPDM Pro after a long time. So, simply visiting the link and page template menu on the admin dashboard will resolve the issue. As the action will regenerate the templates automatically in the new style.
Go to Downloads>templates
then visit all tabs there.
