Since you are using the WPDM free version so you have to use <a href="[page_url]" class="btn btn-secondary">View More</a>
on the relevant link-template file by following the below link in order to create the View More
button.
However, with the WPDM Pro, the Call To Action 4
template comes out of the box and you will be able to use it easily.

All visitors
refer to any role that is actually logged in or even logged out. In a word, just anyone trying to access the site.
Without login, a non-logged viewer will not be able to access the content if you set it to a particular role.
You can show contents for a non-logged in user as well by following this setting.
However, about the PDF issue, make sure that another third-party plugin is not conflicting or any console error is not appearing.
Also, you can try after disabling browser add-on like IDM
also try after disabling this option as well.

You don’t need to exclude categories here. Just pass the relevant category slug/slugs and it will show only packages from that categories where other categories will be automatically excluded.
Categories with slug parameters are working fine in our test. Make sure that you are providing category slug/slugs as value.

I think you are using the older version of WordPress as it’s showing here.
WPDM Pro latest version requires a minimum WordPress version of 5.3+
. So, please update your WordPress version accordingly.
Also, plugin installation section, Tools>Site health, Updates sections are blocked as well like this.
However, lastly, remove WPDM pro and reinstall it again.

of the WPDM PRO plugin and add-ons. According to the latest update of WPDM PRO, you also need to update the other add-ons as well. Please update them, or you can download them from here.
